Workface Facebook App

Early in 2009 Workface became the first non-Facebook-owned interactive profile to be fully functional in Facebook. The Workface profile not only still works in Facebook, but the Workface directory can now be placed directly on your Facebook company page. Workface brings an entirely new way for you to engage with customers and prospects directly at your Facebook company page. When a visitor comes to your Workface-enabled Facebook page, they can view a directory of your customer-facing agents. They can select and talk with your people without any requirement for a formal Facebook connection. Your customers might not want to be “friends” with you on Facebook, but at least they can engage with you in a meaningful way.
