Ways to Use Workface
The goal of using Workface is to create meaning out of being a professional (and a human) on the Internet and making that persona (identity) relevant to the way customers interact and communicate with you in the digital world. The Workface Profile (also see Cloud Cubicles the site)
The Workface profile has been built to be simple to use and places customer focus on online status and communications/sharing. The profile can be displayed on your website or any other digital environment. It helps alert customers to real people within your organization and helps make them digitally available to the customer. A single employee within your organization can be viewable from an unlimited number of digital locations.
The Workface Profile (also known as a Cloud Cubicle) displays a profile picture, name, job title, and company name. It contains social links, over 68 different types of files (presentations, pdf’s, video). The profile can be digitally shared in social media and other Internet locations. And, more importantly, the Workface profile displays online status and enables immediate communications through text, audio, and video chat. The Workface Lightbox
The Workface Light Box is a tool to display a directory of your team members to customers, which is often connected to a “chat live” button on your website. It can be linked to any element on your website. When a customer clicks on that link, the Workface Light Box opens up and shows a directory in the middle of the web page.
The Workface Status Button
The Workface Status Button is used to show customers when a person in your company is online and ready for engagement. It’s an incredible add-on to existing employee pages or a company directory.
The Workface Cameo™
The Workface Cameo™ is another tool for showing customers when a person in your company is online and ready for engagement. It displays a small green icon next to the person’s name. When a customer performs a mouse rollover or touches the name that person’s profile and status appears.
The Workface Flag
The Workface Flag is a reminder tool for customers navigating your website. Wherever they go on your website, they can easily reopen a previous chat session. It displays a small notification of the chat status.
Workface Chat for Facebook
If you have a Company Page (or Timeline) on Facebook, you can add Workface in a matter of minutes. When customers visit your Facebook Company Page, they can find, select, and self-initiate engagement with your people. Workface is great for support and sales scenarios where your customer may not want a social connection with your business, but they do require help or questions. Workface for Facebook does not require your customer to use any special software or Facebook plugins; it works organically across all of Facebook.

The Workface Corner Flip
The Workface Corner Flip is a highly visible page element for showing visitors to your website when a person in your company is online and ready for engagement. It displays a triangular tap in the upper right hand corner of your web page. When a customer performs a mouse rollover or touches the area it expands. A second click or touch initiates a live chat session.
Workface Proactive Chat
