Workface Features
Workface provides easy-to-deploy tools that enable real-time communications between the sales force and web-based customers. Workface helps your company meet and greet your online customers at the moment of interest with an all-in-one communications platform. Workface includes everything you need to create, manage and track enterprise-level chat 2.0. It offers fully-featured text, audio and video chat software which has been developed by sales experts and includes the following useful features:
Workface Chat App
- Desktop application (no need to have browser open)
- Set online presence (i.e. online, away, busy, offline)
- Chat with website visitors who initiate the chat
- Chats can be text/audio/video based on the capabilities of the web visitor
- Reverse GeoIP lookup of web visitor initiating the Standalone Chat application
- View Chat history of the text conversations

- Timed-Out Response (when unable to respond to a web visitor within a longer period of time, a timed-out response will automatically notify the web visitor you are unavailable, then try and move their conversation to another medium)
Workface Customer Chat
- Chat application enables the web visitor to view Workface users who are online and initiate a chat session with such users
- Text, audio and video chat capabilities are available, depending on the web visitors hardware

Workface Company Administration
- Add Profiles; profiles are an organization's employees who will use Workface and be displayed on organization’s website wherever Workface is installed

- Social sites, feeds, and external website links. Any URL that you type or paste into the links area will automatically be sorted and displayed in your Workface profile. For example, if you load your Twitter URL it will display in the ”my social sites” area of your profile.
- Streams & Feeds. Feeds are available to be streamed into your Workface profile. Enabling the “RSS” icon on a site will share a stream of your posts from that site in your profile.
