About Me

While studying educational psychology at the University of Connecticut, Zach Loavenbruck engaged in a variety of outdoor recreational activities. An avid explorer of mountain bike trails in the state of Connecticut, Zach Loavenbruck counts among his favorites the 10-mile Meshomasic State Forest bike path, conveniently located near the states capital, Hartford. The path alternates between steep ascents and descents; users must exercise caution, however, as the trail includes sections that allow motor vehicles. Another favorite of Zach Loavenbruck's is a nine-mile bike trail located in Pachaug State Forest. For mountain bikers in the eastern part of Connecticut, this trail, shared by hikers and horseback riders, features a gentle incline. Enthusiasts can access it 15 miles east of Norwich, just off Interstate 395.

Zach Loavenbruck also enjoys kayaking. In addition to its physical demands, Zach Loavenbruck enjoys the tranquility of nature he finds while engaging in this solitary activity. In addition, Zach Loavenbruck remains a skilled baseball player, and plays in the Boston Men's Baseball League for players over the age of 30. In 2008, Zach Loavenbruck achieved a batting average of over .400.

Currently a musician in the Boston, Massachusetts, area, Zach Loavenbruck possesses an extensive musical skill set. Among the many instruments he plays are the melodica, the Jews harp, and the piano. Zach Loavenbruck has also contributed to various bands as a talented vocalist.
