Ms. Wei Grandon leverages over a decade of business sales experience toward her current role as a member of The Litchfield Group. Working with a wide variety of clientele, Wei Grandon is an expert at streamlining the complex business sales and acquisition processes. Wei Grandons clients benefit not only from her experience, but also from her dedication to seeking out the best deals for each situation. Since she embarked on her career in business brokerage, Wei Grandon has maintained a broad network of industry contacts. Wei Grandon serves as an independent consultant, focusing specifically on buyers who are looking to buy businesses from other brokers and/or sellers. In addition to representing sellers, Wei Grandon also serves as a buyer consultant. Wei Grandon evaluates financial statements, leases, and franchise agreements, enabling buyers/clients to move forward with their proposed transactions with minimal risk. Prior to joining The Litchfield Group, Wei Grandon worked with a number of other companies, including a large Maryland firm and a business she later founded. Wei Grandons extensive background in Small Business Administration (SBA) lending and mortgage banking equipped her with a unique knowledge she applies toward finding the best lenders for clients. Specializing in working with franchises, Wei Grandon has helped sell stores such as Hallmark, IHOP, Baskin Robbins, Smoothie King, and Dairy Queen, Subway, Auntie Annes and more. Wei Grandon studied accounting and computer science at George Mason University. In her limited spare time, Wei Grandon enjoys a variety of hobbies, including ballroom dancing, hiking, swimming, cooking, and painting. An avid reader, Wei Grandon particularly enjoys The Old Man and the Sea, Little Women, and the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. Ms. Wei Grandon currently resides in Maryland and works with clients in MD, DC, and VA.
