Wayne Schepens has over 20 years of professional experience and is adept at managing teams of professionals and conducting accurate financial analysis. Wayne Schepens has also consulted on product development and positioning services for early-stage software companies.

Before his consulting work, Wayne Schepens worked for the National Security Agency, where Wayne Schepens served as the Chief of the Office of Global Network Awareness and led the analysis of networks that interested the NSA. Wayne Schepens was responsible for over 100 employees and managed a multi-million dollar budget. Wayne Schepens was also charged with organizing his department, fulfilling staffing needs, and developing goals for his personnel that was in keeping with the overarching vision of the NSA. Additionally, Wayne Schepens liaised with other government agencies, which included the CIA, FBI, and Department of Homeland Security, among others.

Wayne Schepens attended the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where he studied Systems Engineering and took his Master of Science degree. Wayne Schepens is also a licensed Professional Engineer in the states of Maryland and Virginia. Wayne Schepens received his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the State University of New York Maritime College.
