I work at Oregon Realty Company, Portland East Branch. I enjoy social networking as a great tool to meet other like minded people and network. I work with buyers and sellers and am part of the John Macc Group. John MacCorkindale, the team leader has sold over 3,000 homes in his career and is currently mentoring me as we fast track my career. I have experience doing short sales, loan mods, bank-owned properies and foreclosures as well as regular transactions! My intense studying of all aspects of real estate as well as my attention to detail give me a cutting edge in today's tough market place.Goals: Own more rental propertyImplement my own tiki bar concept locallyRetire to South America and open a tiki bar as a benefit for local orphan/school children in an impoverished area. I have friends who are already down, starting our future.
