Mr. T.J. Earle is a talented businessman who helps run two of his familys prominent New Jersey businesses. The Earle Companies, of which Mr. Earle is Vice President, is a road construction business that was founded by Mr. Earles father, Walter R. Earle, in 1968, and it has continued as a family-run company that values quality, efficiency, and integrity.



T.J. Earles responsibilities as Vice President include overseeing the day-to-day sales and marketing, material manufacturing, logistics, HR, and administrative functions of the company, in addition to developing sales and marketing strategies, overseeing product quality, performing market analysis, and cost reporting and trending. In addition to his work for The Earle Companies, T.J. Earle is also the Vice President of one of his familys other companies: the environmentally-conscious Pure Soil Technologies, a soil-recycling company that treats soil that has been contaminated by petroleum. T.J.s hard work has resulted in massive sales increases for both companies. Mr. Earle is highly involved in his industries and is an Executive Committee Member of the National Asphalt Pavement Association, a trade association that represents the interest of hot mix asphalt (HMA) producers and users on a national level. He also serves as the Treasurer of the New Jersey Asphalt Pavement Association (NJAPA), an organization that is working to ensure that HMA stays the pavement of choice in New Jersey. In his spare time, T.J. Earle likes to work out and ride motorcycles, and he has made a hobby out of collecting custom motorcycles.
