Though Mr. Buell has been at Buell Constructors, Inc. since October of 2003, his career in construction goes back to April 1997, when Steve started working at KP Meiring Construction.



As the onsite Project Manager of this multi-story hotel construction company, Buell coordinated weekly progress meetings, assured adherence to safety policies, and provided a monthly invoice to the clients. After two years of hard work, Mr. Buell and the crew at KP Meiring Construction successfully completed construction of Marriott and La Quinta hotels in Ohio and Florida.



Steve Buell rapidly ascended in the construction industry; he received a promotion to the position of Vice President at the commercial construction company Skyline Commercial, Inc. This company took on projects throughout the state of Texas, especially Austin, Round Rock, Georgetown, Lakeway, and San Antonio.



During his six-year stay at Skyline Commercial, Mr. Buell acted as a liaison between the construction crew, the office, the clients, vendors and the design team and monitored budgets and project progress. Steve Buell also took charge of handling bidding, plan review, and final proposal presentations. He also supervised a Project Manager and up to five superintendents. Skyline Commercial projects included retail businesses, restaurants, banks, a water treatment facility, and a dormitory.



Mr. Steve Buell studied industrial management at the University of Houston and received his degree in August of 1995. Steve played tennis during all four years of college.
