Sridhar Bearelly is the Managing Director of ZAIS Group International in London. Since June of 2007, Sridhar Bearelly has managed responsibilities for European investment activities within the United Kingdom-based financial group. Bearellys primary job description with ZAIS Group International is centered on European asset allocation and the deliverance of consultation on the subject of global corporate fund strategies. Sridhar is also currently a member of the ZAIS Group management committee.



Before taking on his current responsibilities at ZAIS Group, Sridhar Bearelly worked with Lehman Brothers International and Lehman Brothers, Inc. At Lehman Brothers International, Sridhar Bearelly served as Managing Director of the international finance company, and won the 2006 Presidents Award and the 2006 Chairmans Award. At Lehman Brothers International, Bearelly was a member of the European Diversity Steering Committee, and was the Global Head of Structured Credit and the firms CDO syndicate.



At Lehman Brothers, Inc. in New York City, Sridhar Bearelly held the position of Vice President of the domestic branch within the finance firm. At Lehman Brothers, Inc. Bearelly led structured credit transactions for the company and mainly focused his efforts on managed CDO structures and proprietary transactions. While with Lehman Brothers, Sridhar Bearelly was a member of the Bond Market Association Securitization Forum.



Bearelly is a graduate of Boston, Massachusettss Brandeis University and Palo Alto, Californias Stanford University. Bearelly received his Bachelors degree in Economics Magna cum laude from Brandeis University in 1992, and went on to receive his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Stanford in 1995.
