About Me

Salina Rahim graduated from American Intercontinental University (AIU), a multi-campus university for individuals who lead busy lives, but still want to pursue baccalaureate or professional degrees. AIU makes it possible for active students to fit education into their hectic schedules. Being a busy professional herself, Salina Rahim earned her BFA in Fashion Design & Marketing from AIU, a degree that combined the creative and organizational aspects of design with the business and marketing aspects of the greater fashion industry. Before graduating, Salina Rahim worked as a designer with a clothing company called, "CandyLand Clothing for Kids," which, as the name suggests, specializes in fun, colorful, and hip clothing for children. Being a talented designer, Ms. Rahim did exceptionally well while working at CandyLand Clothing and created unique and high-demand children's denim jeans. Although she considers her profession one of her hobbies, Salina Rahim still finds time aside from her career to remain active playing tennis, kickboxing, and swimming nearly every day. Rahim also loves reading, especially anything by her favorite authors Louise Purwin Zobel and Eckhart Tolle. However, Salina Rahim still keeps quite busy at the designing board and as a member of such fashion organizations as Fashion Business International and Fashion Group International. In addition to her activities with those groups, Rahim is also affiliated with and volunteers for organizations like the American Red Cross and PETA. She also volunteers at her local Animal Shelter to help find homes for abandoned or lost animals. Today, Salina Rahim continues to work and reside in the Los Angeles, California area.
