My Experience

I got my start in the real estate industry in 1985 starting out in property management then went to work for a mortgage company in San Francisco and learned the ropes of processing loans and soon after I got my real estate license and went to work as a loan originator helping people purchase and refinance homes. For part of my career I worked in real estate sales so I do know how green the grass is on both sides of the fence. One thing for sure is that I understand purchase contracts, which is very important when it comes to knowing what kind of loan program you will be applying for and how to fit that into the real estate contract so that if the seller needs to pay some of the closing costs I can let your Realtor know up front what type of loan and if the seller is going to need to cover some of the closing costs.
