My Experience

I am an IT enthusiast with more than 3 years working in different companies and taking part in diverse technical areas. I have been webmaster, project manager, and right now I work as a senior legal counsel at an online marketing company.I have both technical and business-oriented skills. I am especially interested in working in international environments with the possibility to grow both personally and professionally. I have already lived more than 6 years in other countries outside Spain (Argentina, US, Belgium, Germany) and I do speak fluently English, German, and French, and have some knowledge of Italian and Dutch.I am a big open source, free software, activist as well as a person engaged in social media.I host a few blogs on the topics that interest me most (internet and law, social media infographics, and political thought) a few active Twitter accounts.After I finished my PhD I started in a small internet company developing some different aspects of it (SEO, development, legal aspects). I have always been keen to learn new things and to rely on the experience of colleagues. I grew up in bigger companies with the main intention of keeping on developing in the internet world which is my main professional interest.Since I am also a lawyer, I had the opportunity to use my legal background to advise on projects based on legal decisions and to build agreements with partners and affiliates.I am also a specialist in data protection and a Europrise expert, both technical and legal, the EU-backed certificate on data protection.Besides my professional background I am an easy-going person who likes people and working with colleagues. I enjoy reading, having a drink, and running. One of my life goals is to prepare for a marathon but there is still a long way ahead of me.
