An experienced medical professional, Dr. Robert Zayas brings a wealth of experience in the healthcare industry to his current role as Founder of the Internet Medical Clinics in Houston, Texas. A unique concept in medicine, the Internet Medical Clinics allow patients to consult with their physician in person or remotely via the Virtual Healthcare Delivery System (VHDS). The Internet Medical Clinics, which Dr. Robert Zayas founded in 2002, provide patients with a variety of services, including natural hormone replacement, Botox, weight management, smoking cessation, and more. Dr. Robert Zayas also offers urgent care and general family practice services through the Internet Medical Clinics. As the head of the Internet Medical Clinics, Dr. Robert Zayas is responsible for all daily operations of the private practice, managing both clinical and administrative functions. Prior to beginning his medical career, Dr. Robert Zayas earned his Bachelors degree in Chemistry from Harvard University. An accomplished student, Dr. Robert Zayas graduated from Harvard University with cum laude honors. Dr. Robert Zayas received his medical degree at Johns Hopkins University. Professionally, Dr. Robert Zayas maintains membership in a number of prominent medical organizations, including the American Medical Association, Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMMS), and the Hispanic American Medical Association of Houston. When he is not working, Dr. Robert Zayas loves to travel. To date, Dr. Robert Zayas has traveled throughout Western Europe, Central Europe, Eastern Europe, South America, and Asia. Dr. Zayas supports a number of charities and philanthropic organizations, including The 100 Club, the Museum of Fine Arts Houston, March of Dimes, American Red Cross, Ronald McDonald House, and more.
