My Experience

I've never had just one set of interests, and my somewhat eclectic life proves it. For example, much of my daily activities revolve around marketing, fundraising, and the arts, but I'm also employed as a writer, teacher, and consultant. For fun, I work with a theatre company that produces new comedies for New Orleans theatregoers.That's a broad range of activities, I know, but it's in keeping with my personality. I'm profoundly curious about how things work and how they came to be. (As a kid, I preferred reading encyclopedias to novels.) In fact, as long as the subject matter's engaging, I'm fairly indiscriminate in my interests. Current fascinations include: the history of art and arts organizations in America; the science and psychology of marketing; automotive design and the auto industry; and that great catch-all, pop culture.
