During his time at Sotherby Homes, Peter Shaddock, Jr. founded Shaddock Ventures, a nimble real estate investment concern specializing in several quick turn-around projects (flips, short sales, and rehabs). Peter Shaddock, Jr. acts as the companys Principal and Co-Founder and remains deeply involved in every aspect of the business. As the economy recovers, Shaddock Ventures experiences ever-increasing profitability. In addition to his work with Shaddock Ventures, Peter Shaddock, Jr. holds the position of Principal at Shaddock & McNaught, a luxury homebuilding firm serving discerning clients in the DFW Metroplex. Shaddock & McNaught remains one of the areas most distinguished builders and has also remained a healthy corporation despite the recession. Peter Shaddock, Jr. studied real estate, accounting, construction, economics, and finance at Texas Tech University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration. Peter Shaddock, Jr. also gained knowledge in the real estate industry at Schreiner University in Kerrville. Peter Shaddock, Jr., his wife, and their three children make their home in Dallas.
