Since 1991, Paul Stuckle has represented individuals falsely charged with child sexual assault and indecency with a child in front of grand juries. As Partner with Stuckle and Ferguson, the False Allegation firm, based in Plano, Texas, Paul Stuckle joins Alyse Ferguson in the effort to prevent false allegations from ruining the lives and reputations of innocent individuals.
Paul Stuckles quest to defend the innocent started with his realization as a police officer in the Patrol Division of the Dallas Police Department that, many times, police arrests were based on what amounted to a decidedly less than fair and thorough investigation; arrests were often only based on statements from one side of the incident. Paul Stuckle realized the injustice at its root, and throughout his law career has kept the interests of the accused in mind, fighting to give them a chance to prove their innocence before they are immediately assumed guilty.
Paul Stuckle has served as a police legal advisor, a county trial attorney, a paralegal institute instructor, and a municipal court judge. His long career history in Law has garnered him a well-rounded education in todays legal system; he is a highly honored and distinguished law professional.
Paul Stuckle earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice from Austin, Texas St. Edwards University, and his Law degree from Lubbock, Texas Texas Tech School of Law. Paul Stuckle is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association. Paul is a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, and in his free time enjoys films, music, and sports.
