Since beginning his career as a news anchor and reporter at WCFT Television in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Patrick Rhode understands the power of communication and the importance of maintaining a journalistic integrity and a questioning attitude towards not only message creation, but also public affairs approaches that best attempt to mitigate the most difficult times of crisis or criticism to ultimately stabilize operations and seek to build, or rebuild confidence of the intended audience. With two decades worth of experience, Mr. Rhode has become a perennial force as a communicator, strategist and public affairs tactician. Patrick Rhode has been named by Cintra Developments as its United States Vice President of Corporate Affairs. He is responsible for oversight of all national external relations and tactics.

His vision, experience and background are among the reasons why he became the Senior Advisor for Communications to the NASA Administrator for the (National Aeronautics and Space Administration). He understood that grassroots support is vital and public credibility is paramount to any private or public entities success. He helped assist NASA as it directed efforts to educate the public as to the individual benefits of space exploration initiatives in the daily lives of all citizens. The education was successful through creating the awareness necessary to assist the approval of budgets and the Presidents initiatives.



Patrick Rhode worked for Bearing Point as the Director of Homeland Security and Intelligence. The company provides services for private and public sectors in regards to crisis management.



Prior to this engagement, Patrick Rhode was appointed by the President of the United States to be the first Chief of Staff of the Federal Emergency Management Agency United States Department of Homeland Security where he worked for two FEMA Directors. Rhode successfully boosted morale, and assisted the Administration support the more than three million victims that were affected by catastrophe during his tenure. In addition, Patrick Rhode served as a principal liaison to the White House, which helped the executive branch ultimately overcome unprecedented difficulties and challenges during historic times of disaster.

Furthermore, Patrick Rhode worked for other branches of the government, including the United States Small Business Administration and United States Department of Commerce.



Before arriving in Washington D.C., Patrick Rhode worked in Austin, Texas for the Texas Department of Housing where his initiatives and leadership made him the employee of the year. Patrick Rhode graduated with a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Arkansas/Fayetteville.
