About Me
Miles Ehrlich had an ear from music in college, fronting the Harvard Jazz Band as Lead Trumpet. Since then, Ehrlich has put down the brass and taken up the scales of justice, building a diverse career in law that has helped him become a leading partner in his own successful white collar defense boutique.
Ehrlich is a founding partner of Ramsey & Ehrlich, a law firm that represents a wide range of clients, from small business leaders to Fortune 500 executives. Ramsey & Ehrlich have represented many notable cases, including a Major League Baseball Trainer during a steroid use investigation and an AT&T informant who uncovered information about illegal NSA surveillance. Ehrlich has also served as an Independent Monitor overseeing the implementation of a trade secret compliance program at a large high-tech company.
Prior to founding Ramsey & Ehrlich, Miles Ehrlich served as chief of the White Collar Crime Section of the United States Attorneys Office. Ehrlich also worked as Assistant United States Attorney, prosecuting a variety of important cases over six years of dedicated service.
Before working with the United States Attorneys office, Ehrlich had a successful six-year run with the U.S. Department of Justice. As a trial attorney with the Public Integrity Section of the Departments Criminal Division, Miles Ehrlich specialized in prosecuting public corruption cases all over the United States.
Ehrlich had many notable successes in the courtroom while at the Department of Justice. He secured the conviction of an Assistant U.S. Attorney who received bribes, a federal probation officer on the take, and a deputy prison warden who corrupted his position in separate cases throughout his career in the department. Ehrlich also gained acclaim when he prosecuted a Drug Enforcement Administration official who had stolen millions of dollars from the federal government.
Miles Ehrlich graduated magna cum laude from Harvard in 1987, with a degree in Social Studies and membership in the Phi Beta Kappa undergraduate honor society. Ehrlich earned his J.D. from Stanford Law School in 1992, graduating first in his class and earning admission to the Order of the Coif.
