About Me

Update Company owns and manages office and warehouse space in the West Midway area of St. Paul. In business over 30 years, our specialty is renovating older warehouses into unique office space. We currently have over 80 tenants in 8 buildings, with spaces ranging from single offices in our executive office suite to 12,000 square foot spaces.



We frequently work with many start up companies and nonprofit organizations. We have a large variety of tenants from the US Post Office, Minnesota Council of Nonprofits, WomenVenture, Jacob Wetterling Foundation, Midwest Sound and Light Shows, Cloth and Clay Pottery, and Autism Society of Minnesota.



We also develop new business sites. Currently we have developed some business sites from a large vacant piece of land.



We are active in the Midway area, serving on the St. Anthony Park District Council, the Central Corridor Station Planning Committee and the Midway Chamber of Commerce.
