Michael Coluzzi, an attorney practicing in Moorestown, New Jersey, representing clients in the areas of real estate, and business. Michael Coluzzi has a long history with both disciplines. Mr. Coluzzi attended LaSalle University as an undergraduate, where he financed his education by working in the construction business. Michael Coluzzi studied accounting at LaSalle, and upon graduation, he took a position as an accountant for an insurance company. Soon, Mr. Coluzzi was bound for Wilmington, Delaware, where he enrolled at Widener University School of Law. While still a student, Michael Coluzzi found a position as a law clerk for a law firm in Berlin, New Jersey. When Michael Coluzzi received his J.D. he was offered an associate attorney position at the firm representing clients in matters of Personal Injury, Municipal Court, Family Law and Business Litigation. In 2003, Michael Coluzzi founded Strategic Realty Associates, LLC with three partners. The goal of Strategic Realty Associates, LLC was straightforward: buy and develop real estate. After some initial success in these endeavors, Michael Coluzzi and his partners added a construction branch to the enterprise, Archway Construction, LLC. The combination of construction and business ventures allowed Michael Coluzzi and his partners to purchase, develop, and construct their own projects. After several years with these firms working in residential property development, Michael Coluzzi entered the commercial real estate sphere. Mr. Coluzzi developed a real world understanding of the finer points of commercial real estate valuation and combined with his legal background established his own practice in 2008. Michael Coluzzis is a licensed attorney in New Jersey and Pennsylvania, with an office at 72 E Second Street, Moorestown, New Jersey, where he focuses his efforts on providing legal and business consulting services for real estate, but he also represents clients in the areas of Land Use, Zoning and Planning, Consumer Fraud, Business development, Family Law and Municipal Court. He also continues to invest in real estate. In his free time, Mike Coluzzi enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with his family.
