Specializing in working with companies needing capital for expenditures between $1 million and $250 million, Michael Cingari is dedicated to assisting his clients in finding the best equipment leasing or real estate financing for their business needs. Michael Cingari deals with a wide variety of big-ticket equipment, including railcars, tractors, computers, corporate aircraft, and construction and manufacturing equipment. Michael Cingari also works with many different types of real estate properties, including retail stores, industrial buildings, hotels, apartments, and warehouses. Since he first established CrossWater Capital, Michael Cingari has developed a large network of business relationships with finance companies, banks, insurance companies, and leasing companies.



Dedicated to the advancement of the equipment leasing industrys best practices, Michael Cingari has been an active member in the Equipment Leasing & Financing Association (ELFA). In 1995, Michael Cingari was recognized by his industry peers with his election to ELFAs Board of Directors, a role which he held for three years. Michael Cingari also played an instrumental role as a Board Member of the Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors (EAEL.



Before founding CrossWater Capital Corporation in 2002, Michael Cingari spent 22 years in the employ of Pitney Bowes Financial Services (PBFS). Holding a number of leadership roles throughout his time with PBFS, Michael Cingari most notably served as President of the PBFS subsidiary Colonial Pacific Leasing Corporation. Michael Cingari also held a position on the Pitney Bowes, Inc. Executive Committee and served as Managing Director, Asia Pacific.



When Michael Cingari is not working, the Coto de Caza, California resident unwinds by playing tennis and golf.
