About Me
Born in 1952, attorney Mark Lang was educated in both the United States and the United Kingdom. While working towards his BA in Religion at Drew University in Madison, NJ, Lang studied abroad at Oxford University in Oxford, England. In 1975, after graduating from Drew University, Mark Lang attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, where he received his Juris Doctorate in law.
Following graduation from the University of Florida in 1977, Mark Lang worked as an associate attorney at a trial law firm. In 1982, he began working for the law establishment that is now Mark Lang & Associates. At Mark Lang & Associates, Mr. Lang is the firms Senior Partner and President. He serves as a managing partner and trial attorney at the firm.
Among Langs many accomplishments are his past and present memberships to several elite law organizations and committees, such as the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers, the Florida Bar Small Claims Rules Committee, and the Florida Bar Family Law Rules of Procedure Committee of which he still serves. He was also the Chairman of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers Family Law section, and was a member of the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Lang was also a member of the Florida Bar Rules of Civil Procedure Committee.
In addition to his many committee seats, attorney Mark Lang holds numerous memberships to Bar Associations around the country. He has been admitted to practice law in states of Florida and Colorado, as well as Washington D.C., U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, the U.S. Court of International Trade, and the U.S. Tax Court, among others.
