In 1998, Mark Bunting sold SkyTV to media giant Ziff Davis for $72 million, though it is now an independent company and remains under his guidance. In addition, Mark Bunting is one of the IT sectors most familiar faces. The host of shows like the popular Buntings Window, Mark Bunting has been informing and educating consumers for 16 years and has appeared on networks like The Learning Channel and CBS. Mark Bunting has also hosted two local TV news vignette series, The Computer Guy and The Home Computing Edge. Throughout his career, Mark Bunting has applied his expertise and his ability to describe complex technological subjects in easily understandable terms to moderate panels and present in settings ranging from large corporate panels to three-minute video clips. Moreover, Mark Bunting is the author of Virtual Power, a book designed to teach readers how to use computing to achieve their personal and professional objectives. A resident of Highland Park, Texas, Mark Bunting holds a degree in Communications from the University of Texas at Austin.
