My Experience

Mago Garden is a retreat facility operated by Tao Fellowship in Sedona, Arizona. The retreat center offers a tranquil location for participants of all faiths to meet and focus on their spirituality.

Mago Garden Retreats

Mago Garden primarily provides retreats for followers of Sun Tao, an ancient form of Taoism that originated in Korea about 10,000 years ago. Sun Tao retreats include three vegetarian meals; training courses in Ki-Gong, Meditation, and Tao Healing, the three major principles of Sun Tao; and quiet reflection time for individuals to practice on their own.

Mago Garden Retreats for All Faiths

Although Mago Garden provides courses in Sun Tao, the facility is open to practitioners of all faiths. Tao Fellowship hopes to use Mago Garden to facilitate an interfaith community that fosters respect and understanding. Interfaith retreats are under no obligation to attend Sun Tao ceremonies and classes. They are, however, always available upon request.

Sunday Service at Mago Garden

Mago Garden holds a weekly Sunday Tao Service that includes prayers, meditation, and lessons taught by a Sun Tao master. The service is an excellent event for individuals who are interested in learning more about Sun Tao as well as devotes of the faith who wish to deepen their understanding of Sun Tao and integrate the three major principles into their daily lives.

After the Sunday Tao Service, Tao Fellowship holds an open house at the Mago Garden Retreat Center. This gives individuals the opportunity to meet people involved in the Sun Tao faith, including students and masters. A complimentary vegetarian lunch is provided to all who attend the open house
