Larry Mucciarelli developed strategies that saved the company over $1 Million in expat costs and built succession planning that helped retain key employees.



Larry Mucciarelli provided key operational leadership services as Vice President of Human Resources for Rexel, Inc. In his executive position with Rexel, Larry Mucciarelli managed all 35 locations in the United States and the Caribbean. As Vice President, Larry Mucciarelli was responsible for the welfare of over 3,000 employees.



To improve the human resource infrastructure of Rexel, Larry Mucciarelli created Rexel University, which streamlined and codified training, best practices, and elevated strategic sales numbers by $770,000. Larry Mucciarelli also developed a ROI tool, company performance management system, succession planning system, compensation planning processes, and balanced scorecard.



Larry Mucciarelli served another HR Vice President role at VisionCompass, Inc. Throughout his time at VisionCompass, Larry Mucciarelli conducted global HR organization strategies, built the leadership team, and built talent acquisition process maps. Larry Mucciarelli shares his Human Resources expertise through a guest lecturer role with National Foreign Trade Council and an active membership with professional organizations like Human Resources Europe Network, Eastern European HR Network, and Dubai Recruitment Network.
