I assist individuals with saving funds for retirement and assist them with estate planning. Our company also works with smaller employers (under 200 employees) with their retirement plan. In the 401k market place we can offer and advise on pretty much any solution available whether it's from a mutual fund or insurance company. In addition we have our own open architecture platform which is unique in that we wrote the record keeping software, most firms in our business purchase it from a vendor. This allows us to offer a more diversified retirement plan and be able to charge less than our competitors, thus employees able to save more over time since less of their investment goes to paying fees. Saving1% annually can make a very big difference over time in an employees balance.
