With over 20 years of experience working in both the United States and European real estate markets, Keith Knutsson is currently the Managing Director of Integrale Advisors, Inc. Based in Tampa, Florida, Integrale Advisors is a real estate firm focusing on off-market, undervalued properties; Keith Knutsson leads the company in all aspects of investment projects.

Currently interested in real estate along the Florida coast, Keith Knutsson recently raised equity financing of $125 million for a 162-acre project in Tampa. Planning to develop 3,500 single-family homes on the property, Keith Knutsson estimates that the project will yield $1.2 billion in revenue.

Other projects completed by Keith Knutsson include lodging-hotels, a multi-family development in north Florida, and the acquisition of the Panama City Airport.
As a real estate investor, Keith Knutsson maintains affiliations with real estate, private equity, and investment banking professionals. His investment experience includes off-market transactions, land acquisitions, and the successful development of distressed assets.

Keith Knutsson has appeared as a guest lecturer at the Anderson School of Management at the University of California, Los Angeles; Harvard Business School; Emory University; and INSEAD in Paris, France. He has also published work through INSEAD regarding European business developments. Keith Knutsson earned his undergraduate degree at Emory University, graduating with honors in 1987. Attending graduate school at Columbia University, Keith Knutsson earned his Master of Business Administration in 1990. Relocating to Paris, Keith Knutsson also obtained a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in 1991.

Keith Knutsson is fluent in both English and French, and he is conversational in Swedish, German, and Spanish. While continuing to pursue his career as a real estate investor and developer, Keith Knutsson enjoys spending his free time traveling, swimming, coaching youth, and developing his interest in architecture.
