With each exterior and interior assignment, Karl Voglmayr walks clients through important stages of the design, architecture, and construction process. Karl Voglmayr strives to give excellent customer service with every remodel, and has watched his business grow from an array of positive referrals. Apart from his duties with Washington Landmark Construction, Karl Voglmayr operates The Vineyard at Fishing Creek in Maryland. With more than 200 plants on the property, Karl Voglmayr bottles about 100 gallons of wine each season. Under the Voglmayr Family Wine label, Karl Voglmayr offers Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Meritage to friends and family. Karl Voglmayr also enjoys sport fishing at Fishing Creek, and catches rockfish and stripers around the waters Hoopers Island. From Italy to Chile, Karl Voglmayr has tasted and compared an assortment of international wines during his world travels. In France, Karl Voglmayr first tasted the nations fine cuisine, which inspired him to take French cooking classes at home. Karl Voglmayr also visited the home countries of his mother and father, Australia and Austria, and even skied the snowy mountains these places had to offer. For leisure, Karl Voglmayr has trekked Costa Rica, Mexico, South Africa, Germany, Portugal, Fiji, England, and Switzerland as well.
