A respected entrepreneur and restaurateur, Joe Quattrocchi has owned and operated numerous restaurants and breweries in and around Boston, Massachusetts. Raised in New York, Joe Quattrocchi attended the State University of New York (SUNY) at Plattsburgh, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. After acquiring his Bachelor's degree, Joe Quattrocchi attained a Master of Science in Applied Mathematics and Statistics at the Stony Brook University. Possessing an extensive academic background, Joe Quattrocchi moved to Michigan, where he worked at Dow Corning Corporation for several years before returning to New York to take a position at Bankers Trust, now Deutsche Bank AG, a private bank. Quattrocchi also served at several mortgage companies before leaving the financial industry to pursue his career as an entrepreneur. While in New York, Joe Quattrocchi studied business administration at New York University. In 1995, Joe Quattrocchi founded the Back Bay Brewing Company in Boston, Massachusetts. For five years, Back Bay Brewing Company remained one of the most popular bars and breweries in the Boston area. Back Bay Brewing Company was named Boston's Best Brewery/Restaurant by both Boston Magazine and Improper Bostonian. In August 2000, Joe Quattrocchi removed the brewery and acquired a full liquor license, renovating and renaming the space Vox Populi. Joe Quattrocchi operated Vox Populi for 10 years. During this period, the restaurant and club was regularly named one of the most popular nightspots and Best Pickup Bar in Boston by the Improper Bostonian and Boston Magazine. In December 2010, Joe Quattrocchi left the restaurant business. Currently, Quattrocchi serves as Managing Partner of a real estate project in Nantucket, Massachusetts, where he is building a house for an anticipated sale in the summer of 2012. In his free time, Joe Quattrocchi enjoys collecting and restoring vintage cars. Joe Quattrocchi owns a number of vehicles, including a 1949 Willys Jeepster, a 1953 Pontiac Chieftain, a 1954 Jaguar XK120, and a 1958 Chevy Corvette. Joe Quattrocchi splits his time between Nantucket and Boston, Massachusetts; Lakeville, Connecticut; and New York City.
