About Me

My name is John LaBelle, and I've been a full time real estate Professional since 2003. I was raised in Chelmsford, and have lived, worked, and have been educated in various cities and towns in the Merrimack Valley area as well as Southern New Hampshire. I graduated with honors from the University of Massachusetts in Lowell in 2004.



I started my real estate career as an Residential Appraiser in 2003. I currently run my own independent appraisal company out of my home, and conduct 2-3 appraisals per week. I feel my appraisal work helps keep me in tune with the various residential markets in the area. As you may or may not know, market conditions vary from town to town. Some cities and towns actually have separate sub-markets within them which can vary as well. When you hire me as your Buyer's Agent, you can be assured I will have my finger on the pulse of the market. You can also be assured I will help you get the best home at the best price. When you hire me as your Selling Agent, you can be assured I will get the most money possible for your home.



I first obtained my Massachusetts Real Estate Sales License in July 2004, and joined RE/MAX Prestige in February 2005. I have since obtained my New Hampshire Real Estate Sales License. I have been involved in transactions with both first time buyers, and seasoned veterans of the home buying and selling process. I have sold entry level starter homes as well as custom built luxury homes.
