About Me

Jeffrey Kalina has more than 15 years of progressively responsible business experience working in companies ranging from multi-national consulting firms and publicly traded internet ventures to private entrepreneur entities.



For more than four years, Jeffrey has lead the creation and development of BMC Group's Virtual Data Room service line and technology initiatives. He has been able to grow the business from a one off service to a rapidly growing business unit that now employs over 60 people world wide and is the engine that powers Bowne Virtual Dataroom. During his tenure, BMC Group has become expert in developing service lines that use technology and services to enable corporate compliance for complex transactions.



Prior to joining BMC Group, Jeffrey worked for Move Inc. as a Director of Operations Planning and M&A Transactions. Previous to employment at BMC Group Inc. and Move Inc., Jeffrey held various positions as an auditor and was a Manager of Assurance and Business Advisory Services for PricewaterhouseCoopers.



Jeffrey Kalina holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
