Jeff Drazan manages manufacturing, business services, operations and technology investments at Bertram Capital Management LLC, a private equity firm located in San Mateo, California. Bertram Capital Management has also partnered with Power Distribution, Inc, a North American manufacturer of power distribution equipment. In these and all their strategic partnerships, Jeff Drazan and his fellow team members use stringent investment criteria before doing business. In their investments, Bertram Capital focuses on companies in the industrial, consumer, business services, and healthcare divisions with revenue between $25 and 150 million per year. In these partnerships, the company also employs well-formed transaction structures, specifically pursuing private companies, management buyouts, and shareholder liquidity events. In this way, Jeff Drazan and his fellow employees are able to improve their partner companies in a number of ways. In some cases, they are able to lower costs through operational improvements and labor outsourcing. In others, they expand operational capabilities and increase distribution channels. Contributing guidance and expertise, they are able to provide leadership and enhance management structures and even widen and strengthen intellectual property portfolios.
