Along with the rest of the pastoral staff at Madison Street Baptist Church, Jarrod Everson maintains the churchs day-to-day operations. Everson writes sermons as an Associate Pastor and develops programs as a Minister of Education. In addition to offering support and guidance to church members, Everson takes care of finances and other administrative duties at Madison Street. He is a member of the National Association of Church Business Administration.

Outside of his service at Madison Street, Pastor Everson is an athlete and coach. Everson volunteers at Upward Basketball and Soccer as an instructor. Everson also plays racquetball and tennis.
