About Me

Jamie Magnon is a outdoor extremist and a lover of many sports. He is an avid runner and works out on a regular basis. In fact, before he enrolled in Ohio State University and earned his Bachelor's degree, Jamie Magnon was the general sales manager at Bally Total Fitness for six years between 1995 and 2001. He did very well for himself and the club, winning multiple awards for his successful boost in sales.

During his 4 years at Albertson College of Idaho and Ohio State University, Jamie Magnon exercised every day of the week and played baseball on the college team, as well as focused on his studies, graduating Summa Cum Laude. At OSU, Magnon studied Business and Psychology, matriculating with his undergraduate degree in Business in 2003.

In addition to playing baseball, Jamie also likes to run, lift weights, snowboard, golf, swim, and play football. Some of his favorite books include "The Da Vinci Code" by Dan Brown and "The Way of the Superior Man" by David Deida, the famous spiritual teacher.

In his spare time, Jamie enjoys helping young people and his community. During his college years, Jamie Magnon was active in many youth-oriented mentoring programs. Currently, he helps with "Habitat for Humanity" and is a mentor for youth through the "Big Brother Big Sisters" organization. In the past, Jamie Magnon coached the baseball team at his old high school, Chaminade-Julienne, and today, he is a coach for the Ohio Woodpecker Baseball Organization, as well as a player on the team. Jamie also enjoys martial arts and considers jiu-jitsu as one of his favorite activities. He is currently living in the city of Kettering, Ohio and enjoys tailgating at Bengals and Buckeyes sports events, whenever possible.
