In 2007, I joined Manpower Professional in Minneapolis, Minnesota as a Business Development Manager. As a Business Development Manager with Manpower Professional I work with Minnesota clients and prospects to identify problems and solutions in relation to staffing IT and Engineering talent in Minnesota. Manpower Professional specializes in staffing talent into consulting and permanent roles and has over 40 years of expertise recruiting and retaining IT and Engineering talent. I am responsible for determining how to bring the best of Manpower Professional to the client. By working closely with clients, I maximize the impact of our work and lead the client through the professional staffing process. I also follow up our work on an ongoing basis to ensure sustained quality.
