Ida DAngelo is a highly educated professional attorney-at-law in New York City, with a plethora of myriad experiences and skills, including translation work; elementary school teaching; piano instruction, from beginning to advanced; and a teacher of religion.



Ida DAngelo, who received a Juris Doctorate from St. Johns University School of Law and passed the Bar exam in 1992, also graduated from Fordham University at Lincoln Center, where Ida DAngelo majored in history and minored in early childhood education, qualifying her for certification and licensure to teach elementary school, which Ida DAngelo pursued, as well as her career in law.



Before this, Ida DAngelo was an outstanding student at William Cullen Bryant High School in Astoria, N.Y., where Ida DAngelo met many people and made many friends, a pattern Ida DAngelo follows to this day, as an avid member of www.classmates.com.



Ida DAngelo has successfully managed to balance her time and efforts between her professional career as a high-level attorney in New York with her community-based activities. Ida DAngelo is an accomplished pianist and teaches piano from the beginner to the advanced levels, either traveling to students homes or holding lessons in her own home in Dix Hills, N.Y.



Ida DAngelo also speaks fluent Italian and Spanish, which led to her position as a document preparer on behalf of the U.S. Italian Embassy, wherein Ida DAngelo prepared procuras (powers of attorney).



Beginning as a paralegal for Thomas and Graham, P.C., attorneys for Astoria (NY) Federal Savings and Loan, Ida DAngelo parlayed that experience into an associate attorney position at the Law Offices of Peter T. Roach, where Ida DAngelo specialized in bankruptcy law, foreclosures, and real estate closings. After this, Ida DAngelo worked as a bankruptcy attorney for Flaum, Basile and Verdi.



Next, Ida DAngelo, a self-propelled professional, opened her own law firm, first named the Law Offices of Ida DAngelo and then Ida DAngelo & Associates, P.C. Ida DAngelo again strengthened her thorough knowledge of real estate law, specializing in real estate closings, wills, and lender representation. One of Ida DAngelos clients was Delta Funding Corporation, for whom Ida DAngelo served as closing attorney.



Ida DAngelo is the President of Angel Real Estate Services wherein her training in real estate law has kept her very busy. Here, Ida DAngelo prepares real estate documents, including wills and title transferring documents such as deeds for persons seeking such services, and is also known as an expert closer, often traveling to the sites.



In addition to this work, Ida DAngelo prepares HUD-1 Settlement Statements on behalf of various law firms and is extremely well-versed and thoroughly familiar with all aspects of lender representation at closings. In addition, Ida DAngelo handles court filings; prepares powers of attorneys for individuals; and incorporates new businesses.
