Gary Henneke is positioned as the Transportation Logistics Optimization Manager of supply chain at Texas Petrochemical LP. He has been a employee to this company for nearly 16 years. Texas Petrochemicals LP produces chemicals that ultimately go into making the world's tires, carpets, gasoline additives and many other essential items. Their high-purity products are the chemical building blocks for synthetic rubber, nylon, adhesives, catalysts and additives that used in high-performance polymers. TPCs mission is to produce products that truly enrich peoples lives, in a safe, environmentally responsible and efficient manner. Gary Henneke responsibilities include managing transportation and logistics surrounding the railcar as well as negotiate and manage all forms of logistic contracts.

Gary Hennekes most notable achievement in this industry is developing specialized tank cars for carrying chemicals. He was also awarded non accidental release awards from UPPR, BNSF and CSXT. Gary Henneke has worked in conjunction with OPW, DryLok for developing emission-free loading valves for Butadiene railcars. When Gary Henneke is not heavily involved in his work, he can be seen donating his time to numerous charities and organizations such as helping the homeless and actively participating in church work .
