About Me

I'm MD at a small & friendly UX design company called Border Crossing Media. I love my job, cat and a certain football club based in London.

My Experience

I graduated in 2006 with a BSc (hons) in Astrophysics from Edinburgh University. Using the analytical and mathematical skills I developed I started at Scottish Widows Client Services as a call consultant. I moved into Relationship Management in 2008 and became the Voice of the Customer in 2009 at Scottish Widows where I developed both my analytical and reporting skills and most importantly my passion for customer service. I left Scottish Widows to join Border Crossing Media in November 2009. I run the business on a day to day level but enjoy my Client Relationship work the most. I have love facilitating workshops and taking information collated in them to make real changes in the work place, not just at BCM but for our Clients too.My goal is to develop a sustainable organisation where both our Clients are proud to have worked with us and our employees want to come to work in the morning.
