Attorney Eran Rubinstein earned his B.A. in International Relations from the California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA and his Juris Doctorate at the Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE. At Widener, Eran Rubinstein was a dedicated student who earned impeccable grades and appeared on the Deans Honor List. A skilled negotiator, Eran Rubinstein frequently participated in ABA Negotiation Competitions. In 1998, Eran Rubinstein placed 4th in the ABA Regionals and, in following years, trained other students as a competition coach. Eran Rubinstein began his legal career litigating numerous class action cases. Mr. Rubinstein has an impressive legal resume, having worked on such noted cases as the Relafen Class Action Litigation, the AOL Time Warner Merger Litigation, and the Initial Public Offering Securities Litigation.
