William L. Scarlett, DO

Dr. Scarlett received his medical degree from the University of Des Moines. He completed his plastic surgery residency at the Osteopathic Medical College of Philadelphia and an additional fellowship in Cosmetic Surgery at the Body Sculpting Center in Scottsdale, Arizona. Over the past 15 years Dr. Scarlett published many articles in both national and international journals and has lectured regionally and nationally on topics ranging from breast surgery to skin cancer. In addition he has been honored with several awards, the most recent of which include the City Avenue Physicians Award and being named among Americas Top Plastic Surgeons by the Consumers Research Council of America. He is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
