Dennis C. Carey is a specialist in the recruitment of CEOs, executives, and corporate directors. In recent years, Dennis Carey has conducted searches for the current CEOs of companies such as 3M, Tyco International, MCI, and American Standard, among numerous others.



Dennis also has conducted board director searches for many othercompanies, including American Express, CBS, Tyco International (entirely new board), Amgen, V.F. Corporation, CIGNA, Goldman Sachs and UNOCAL.



Dennis has also completed director searches for a number of spun off companies including AT&T, NCR and Sprint (in 2006). In 2007, Dennis led CEO succession assessment projects for 3 Fortune 500 Companies. Also in 2007, Dennis recruited the entire board of Covidian and TYCO Electronics, both spin offs of TYCO.



Dennis is an author of 3 books including "CEO Succession: A Window on How Boards Can Get It Right When Choosing a New Chief Executive".
