With nearly 20-years of hands on experience, David Zarett is an expert in all aspects of commercial real estate development and management. As the Director of Development for his own Zarett Properties, David Zarett has helmed a number of notable real estate endeavors in Seattle, Washington's downtown warehouse district. A cerebral businessman, David Zarett employs talented architects and builders to further increase the value of his properties. The most substantial project to date for David Zarett and Zarett Properties was the successful purchase, renovation, and lease of the Cobalt building in Seattles SoDo neighborhood. Another landmark success for David Zarett was negotiating the lease and construction of Starbucks Coffee Company's northwest regional headquarters.

However, David Zarett's reputation extends far beyond real estate ventures. A committed member of the Seattle community, David Zarett has provided considerable support for numerous charitable organizations. Among the philanthropic causes David Zarett supports is Camp Korey at Carnation Farm, a summer camp for children suffering from serious illnesses. Furthermore, Zarett supports the Boys and Girls Clubs of America and Medecins Sans Frontieres. Additionally, David Zarett is a direct volunteer with at-risk youth and the homeless in Seattle.

A graduate of Southern Oregon State University in Ashland, Oregon, David Zarett earned his Bachelor of Science degree in business. A fitness enthusiast, David Zarett enjoys mountain biking and lacrosse. Zarett also enjoys playing badminton, cricket and soccer. A voracious reader, David Zarett lists the works of Katherine Dunn, Charles Portis, and Raymond Carver among his favorites.
