About Me

Over the years, David Parisier has developed investment strategies that have created significant value and profits for numerous public and private real estate companies. He possesses a vast amount of experience in acquiring undervalued properties, developing redevelopment, asset management, and marketing strategies to turn them into profitable ventures. Throughout his career, Mr. Parisier has fulfilled various roles, including Assistant Product Manager, Assistant Vice President, Director of Acquisitions, and Managing Director.

Presently, David Parisier manages the daily operations of Paredim Partners LLC, where he has served as Managing Director and Principal since he founded the company in 2002. In this capacity, David Parisier develops strategies to acquire undervalued properties and then incorporate them into the Paredim Communities portfolio, which offers tenants well-appointed apartment homes conveniently located near shopping, entertainment, and public transportation.

To date, Mr. Parisier's company operates Communities in Danbury, New Haven, West Haven, Waterbury, and Bloomfield, Connecticut. David Parisier also handles the financial and corporate strategy at Paredim and seeks new opportunities in Connecticut and in the Tri-State area. Prior to his current position, David Parisier acted as Managing Director of Acquisitions for Capital Properties in New York. He drove revenues there by executing acquisition and refinancing and procuring new debt financing for properties.

Mr. Parisier also acquired $200 million in real estate during his time with Capital Properties, which included securing the companys first property in Manhattan. In addition, he managed new business and created a program to find equity partners to invest in acquisitions. David Parisier earned his Bachelor of Arts from Clark University, where he studied economics, international finance, and government. He also participated in the Clark University Center in Luxembourg and founded the Investment Club at the school. Mr. Parisier received his MBA in Finance from the New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business, where he also took additional courses in real estate finance and law, marketing, and strategic management.

A resident of New York City, David Parisier likes golfing, cycling, skiing, and playing tennis and squash when not working. He has also completed his first-level courses for the real estate appraisal designation of MAI, a certification that requires him to adhere to strict continuing education requirements, prepare an appraisal report, conduct professional activities in accordance with the Appraisal Institutes Code of Professional Ethics, and pass a comprehensive final exam. David Parisier currently belongs to the Young Mens/Womens Real Estate Association of New York, an organization that works to promote ethical, moral, and professional conduct in the real estate industry. Mr. Parisier is also a founder and co-chairman emeritus of the Young Professionals Division of the Children's Hearing Institute in New York.
