Daniel Kimia has been involved with real estate for the better part of two decades, and in that over 20-year span, he has seen many things about the industry develop, evolve, and change. Despite the shifts in the market and the industry, Mr. Kimias core strengths of persistence, patience, and strategic planning have allowed him to prevail professionally, leading his company, Whitestone Properties Inc., to an envious level of success. Today, Daniel Kimia maintains the same level of focus and intensity as he readies himself to approach new projects in the commercial and residential sectors.



As the President of Whitestone Properties Inc., Daniel Kimia is daily faced with manifold responsibilities. The real estate industry is unique in that challenges come from multiple directions, and they are often difficult to plan for. Daniel Kimias skills in the areas of marketing, finance, budgeting, administration, construction planning, and law have provided him with sufficient background to balance the responsibilities of management, investment, decision making, and finance as they arise. During his time as the President of the Great Neck, New York-based real estate firm, Daniel has seen the company participate in thousands of residential projects as both new builds and renovations. Mr. Kimia has also been instrumental in guiding Whitestone Properties into the development of commercial space, as well.



Daniel Kimia attended the University of Southern California in Los Angeles for his undergraduate degree, graduating with a B.S. in 1982. While majoring in Accounting, he attended courses in the Universitys renowned Marshall School of Business and was active in the campus Accounting Society.
