Brett Toyne is the company President and co-founder of S.M.A.R.T. Group Consulting, and has spear-headed the development of their Coaching & Consulting Division. Since 1989, he has brought practical sales skills and business experience to the arena. His background as a top producing loan officer, sales manager and recruiter afford him the abilities to help define the basic sales needs of an organization; and his network of contacts offers a great resource for top-notch producers. With a well-rounded background as both a corporate executive for a national lending institution and owner of a smaller, local mortgage company, Brett is familiar with the leadership, sales and operation needs of various sized organizations and the platforms necessary to lead them to profitability. His passion for perfection specifically in the sales arena leads him to be the ideal source for coaching and consulting sales staffs. His beliefs in doing things the right way has made him a perfectionist in the art of sales production. Brett participates and lives the opportunity he does not accept failure as an option. He is constantly striving to revise his coaching platforms and sales models to ensure that each and every candidate is best equipped to grow their production in the most efficient and effective way.
