Mr. Cliff Dodd graduated from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Since his graduation in 1973, Mr. J. Clifford Dodd has gone on to accomplish extraordinary goals in industries across the market.

Mr. Cliff Dodd has proven himself highly effective at driving concrete change in large and complex enterprises in such industries as financial services, telecommunications, and healthcare. From 2002 to 2006, Cliff Dodd served as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Administrative Officer at Oakland, California-based health care organization Kaiser Permanente (KP). As Kaiser CIO, Cliff Dodd put forth multi-year strategies and laid the foundation for creating a modern, sophisticated health care environment with best of breed technologies, standards and processes. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. J. Cliff Dodd served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer (CIO) with Qwest Communications International, where he led the integration of two disparate IT organizations through the merger of Qwest and US West.
From 1994 to 1999, Mr. Cliff Dodd served as an adept leader with Ameritech Services, Inc. (now AT&T Inc.) first as Vice President of Customer Billing and Network CIP, and later as Chief Information Officer (CIO). Given full autonomy, Cliff Dodd CIO led change management efforts that for the first time would bring together several disparate operations and systems into a single cohesive structure capable of supporting multiple service offers and support rapid growth. This breakthrough level of change resulted in a single merged billing system with dozens of advanced features, which enabled Ameritech to exploit markets it could not have approached previously. Simultaneously, Mr. Cliff Dodd reduced the overall IT expense, expressed as a percent of revenue from 12% to just over 6%.
Mr. Cliff Dodds fast paced progression, from 1981 to 1994, of strategically important roles from large scale operations management to the delivery of precedent setting image technology resulted in Cliff serving as Senior Vice President of North America Systems & Software Development at American Express (AMEX). Prior to these executive positions, Mr. Cliff Dodd maintained valued roles at Lester Industries, EBS Data Processing, and Gulf & Western Corporation.
CIO Cliff Dodd has been involved in several CIO leadership panel discussions and been referenced by several newspapers and industry magazines, such as: ComputerWorld, Information Week, Datamation, CIO Magazine, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) and The New York Times.
