About Me
Chef and business owner Chris Bruno is constantly evolving along with his menu. After graduating from the culinary program at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island, Chris Bruno worked as a saut chef in Cape Cod, followed by a position at Scrimshaw's Restaurant in Brookfield, Connecticut. Chris Bruno then apprenticed under an Austrian chef and a French saucier, both of whom introduced Chris Bruno to innovative and unusual ingredients and techniques. Following his training, Chris Bruno utilized his expertise to earn a position as executive chef of L'Europe Restaurant in Vista, New York.
