Chesley P. Rafferty is a young professional and philanthropist. He is a passionate supporter of Greenpeace, a global campaigning organization that acts to change attitudes and behaviors to protect and conserve the environment and to promote peace. Chesley Rafferty is also a charity donor to Surf Life Australia. Surf Life is Australias major water safety and rescue authority and is one of the largest volunteer organizations in the country responsible for saving thousands of lives every year. Aside from his support for these well-known groups, Rafferty also volunteers his time to Manna Industries, a charity kitchen devoted to serving the hungry at least one meal a day. Alongside his charity work, Chesley Rafferty is a motivated young professional well on his way to achieving great success. In 1998, he began working with Messages On Hold Australia, located in the city of Perth. Messages On Hold is the industry leader in audio marketing to customers waiting on hold. Rafferty worked as the companys Sales Manager, where he managed 10 sales account executives. He did so well in his position he was recognized by the company as the Employee of the Year. In 2001, Chesley Rafferty became the Director of Marketing for CPR Marketing, located in Perth. Chesley Rafferty attended high school at Chisholm Catholic College, where he was a part of the swim team and hockey team, a member of the Senior Debating Club, and even held the lead role in the production of Wizard of Oz. Rafferty went on to study commerce and social ecology at Murdoch University, where he received his Bachelors degree in 1999. In 2000, Rafferty began his studies of law at Fremantles Notre Dame University.
