An alumnus of Brown University and Yale Law School, Charles Ditkoff wields over two decades of experience in the finance and healthcare industries. Charlie Ditkoff currently contributes his skills to Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML), a leading global banking and wealth management institution.

Prior to joining BAML, Charlie Ditkoff served in a number of financial positions, including Corporate Securities Lawyer for Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP; Vice President of Credit Suisse First Boston, now known simply as Credit Suisse; and as part of the Corporate Finance Group at Morgan Stanley.

With over 15,000 financial advisors and more than $2 trillion in client assets, Charlie Ditkoff's present employer remains the world's largest brokerage, offering comprehensive services for banking, investing, asset management, and securities trading and sales. As a leading provider of services such as global equity, commercial lending, and global mergers and acquisitions (M&A), BAML provides clients with expert solutions for their financial investment needs. Assisting a corporation with headquarters in the United States, Asia, and Europe, Charlie Ditkoff offers healthcare coverage support to individual consumers, small- and mid-sized companies, and large corporations.

In 1999, Charlie Ditkoff joined BAML's healthcare sector in the New York City office. Four years later, Charlie Ditkoff was given responsibility of all global corporate and investment banking (GCIB) services related to medical management. Upholding company principles such as integrity, teamwork, client focus, responsible citizenship, and respect for the individual, Charlie Ditkoff now serves as the Vice Chairman of Corporate and Investment Banking.

In 1983, Charlie Ditkoff received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island. Before pursuing his career with Cravath, Charlie Ditkoff attended Yale Law School, where he achieved his Juris Doctor in 1986. Sports enthusiast Charlie Ditkoff resides in Westchester County, New York, where he avidly supports the state's professional football, baseball, hockey, and basketball teams. Charlie Ditkoff also enjoys traveling, reading, and listening to music. He is married to Beth Ann Ditkoff, and they have two daughters.
